Cao Yueming 2006 - 2007
Jansen Tham 2005: One of the strongest and fittest rower in the club. He implemented several administrative and training changes that benefitted the club greatly.
Pher Chi Khing 2004
Tan Kok Wee 2003 : One of the longest member of the club. It is high time he ascend to the post!!!
Law Kok Fai Chairman 2001 - 2002 : Charged with elevating the competitive standard of the Club. He has lead us to one of SAFRA most glorious moments!!
Tan Tiam Her Chairman 2000
Dr Arthur Gwee Chairman 1998 - 1999 : Our resident psychiatrist, Arthur showed us how to remain unruffled in the most impossible situations. The epitome of cool.
Koo Chee Kai Chairman 1995 - 1996
Chew Chee Kian Chairman 1997 : The man who set an impossible target for the Club for the Singapore River Raft race that year and achieved it (with the help of Chief Raft Engineer, Pipi)! That year, Safra DB smashed the Raft Race records by taking up all the finals places and the overall trophy.
Lim Kok Tai Chairman 1993 - 1994 : Evergreen of Safra DB, he is indomitable marathon runner, marathon rower and marathon talker all rolled into one. He symbolizes Safra DB's never-say-die-never-give-in spirit. After all these years, he is still an active member of our club.
Omar Bin Osman Chairman 1992 : Ex-national canoeist, ex-national dragonboat rower, ex-national dragonboat team coach and 1st Malay to be inducted into the Club, Omar wears many accolades. He is currently our devil-coach but we love him for that. His trainings are never boring!

Liew Cheer Joo Chairman 1987 - 1990: Very self-motivated and personality-driven, Liew presided over a tumultuous period in Safra history.
