Thu Apr 05 2012 | MR500 2012 SAFRA Dragonboat club took part in MR500 held at Jurong Lake and came home with a Opens Medal in the Senior category. The team, consisting of veteran rowers in their 40s and 50s fought from a 4th placing to clinch the Bronze medal.
The Interclub team came very close to another medal for this MR500, coming in 4th in the Interclub Grandfinals. The Premier Open team was unlucky to have met with a boat collision in the semi-finals that put them out of the race.
